Transformers - From Toy to Legend

For over 40 years, Transformers has delighted fans of all ages and backgrounds – and there’s no end in sight! Museum Leikki’s mini-exhibition Transformers – From Toy to Legend explores the phenomenon not only through the robots themselves, but also through comics, movies, and games. There’s something for everyone to see – from newcomers to longtime fans of the Autobots and Decepticons.

The exhibition also offers a glimpse into Transformers fan culture, a pinball machine to play, and even a robot that needs some maintenance. It was created in collaboration with Finnish hobbyists and features treasures from collectors’ archives – from the early 1980s all the way to the latest movie merchandise. Hasbro has supported the exhibition by donating brand-new Transformers items for display.

So, as Optimus Prime commands: “Autobots, transform and roll out!”
