Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the House Museum, delve into its details, and draw them in your own individual style.
A brief introduction will take you into the fascinating history of the house and attune you to the finer points of each room. You can then choose one and settle in to draw. A guide will go round the rooms, and you can ask for advice if you wish. Drawing time is one hour. To end, participants will get together. You will be able to put your drawings on display and, if you like, share the thoughts and feelings prompted by the act of drawing. You will be free to use any of the museum’s drawing materials.
The instructor is Finnish National Gallery guide and specialist visual-arts teacher Riitta Ojamaa.
Tickets: 10 €.
