Welcome to the Helsinki University Museum Flame exhibition centre on International Museum Day!
On Sunday, 18 May 2025, International Museum Day, the exhibition centre and Observatory of Helsinki University Museum Flame will be exceptionally open, from 12.00 to 16.00. In celebration of the day, admission is free to both attractions.
The exhibition centre, located in the Main Building of the University, features two exhibitions: Passion for Knowledge presents the people, places and passions that constitute the University of Helsinki. The colourful and activity-oriented Food for All exhibition describes the science and research behind our food.
Entrance to the exhibition centre: Yliopistonkatu 2, via the archway
