Welcome to the museum centre for a warm and festive afternoon, where the glow of Christmas lights and the museums’ programme bring a touch of Christmas magic to the darkening evening.
During the afternoon you can take part in Christmassy workshops, enjoy seasonal music and sip steaming hot mulled wine.
Entry to all events with Aalto2 Museum Centre’s admission fee. Museum Card holders enter free!
Programme
1 PM – 3 PM | Home for the light – lantern workshop
1 PM – 2 PM | Find the Light guided tour (in Finnish)
1 PM – 3 PM | Christmas Card workshop (non-stop)
3 PM – 4 PM | Sing-Along: The Most Beautiful Christmas Carols of Central Finland – Laura Kaartinen, Jyväskylä Parish
(Participation in the singing event is free of charge)
All day:
11 AM – 6 PM | Photo slide show: Celebrating Christmas in the old days (non-stop)
