Night of the Arts at Kunsthalle Helsinki!

During the Night of the Arts 20.8.2026, you can enjoy the newly opened Alia Ali: In Light of… exhibition from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM—completely free of charge!

This is the first solo exhibition in the Nordic countries by the internationally acclaimed artist Alia Ali. In her works, the patterns of the artist’s self-developed language, French velvet, and batik fabric carry memories and meanings, while also inviting us to reflect on our shared future and traditions.

To celebrate the Night of the Arts, we will offer short 20-minute guided tours of the exhibition—everyone is welcome, and no advance registration is required!

The guided tours will be held at the following times:
