Espoo Day | Open Art Workshop: WeeGee Cubes

The art workshop opens up new perspectives on the WeeGee building and invites participants to explore interesting architectural details through play and construction. Held outdoors, the workshop encourages creative experimentation with scale, shapes, and architectural elements.

We will decorate cardboard boxes of various sizes to create unique houses and entire cities. By building together, individual houses grow into engaging ensembles where architectural details, imagination, and play come together.

The workshop is designed and led by designer-artist Päivi Raivio from the RaivioBumann design studio. Päivi is interested in enriching the urban environment by bringing people together, enabling encounters and participation in public space.
