Discover the history of air defense and its significance to Finland during wartime trough exhibitions and army equipment.
The wartime exhibition covers the Second World War period 1939-45 in Finland from the air defence perspective, starting with the Winter War and ending with the Lapland War.
On display is, among other things, defence materiel used during the blitz of Helsinki in 1944. A rare Bell P-39 Q Airacobra fighter plane, which was used by the Soviet air force, is also on display.
