Espionage has had a lot of influence in every essential area of society. In politics, economy, warfare as well as in competition in business and ideology, one person or a technical device
has been able to alter the directions of development and the world even more than official governments.
So that the greater audience would get the possibility to get to know these legendary characters with their methods and tools, the first spy museum was opened in 1998. It happened in a country that has been, due to its geopolitical and technological status, a busy playground for espionage.
