Children’s Sunday

It’s time for the Children’s Sunday again! The day is an action packed adventure filled with new experiences for the whole family, even the smallest ones. It’s a perfect summer kickoff.

Program:

10:30-12 am Workshop: Stamps for fun

11-12 am Visit 4H:s farm animals: Pet sheep and goats in the meadow.

11-14 pm Lace making

12-12:30 pm Theatre Hevosenkenkä: Improvisation show

12-14 pm Mira´s mini-ponies visit Glims

13-14 pm Visit 4H:s farm animals: Pet sheep and goats in the meadow.

13-16 pm Craft demonstration: Colour yarn with plants

13-16 pm Beekeeper One and a Half will show you how to care for bees.

14-16 pm Workshop: Felting

15:30-16:30 Visit 4H:s farm animals: Pet sheep and goats in the meadow.

There's plenty to do all day long! Try out show jumping on hobby horseback or try out some fun self-guided acticities. Visit our new exhibition "Fantasy and Fact - 50 years of Theatre Hevosenkenkä" where you can jump into the fascinating world of puppetry in the main building of Glims.

The Glims cafe is open the whole day, offering delicious confectioneries and coffee.

We suggest arriving by public transport due to the small amount of parking space.
