The exhibition tells the story of the town hall’s journey from the 18th century to the present day: its reconstruction after a fire, its role in city governance, and its later transformation into a museum. The exhibition features stories of everyday life, influential figures, and dramatic events, such as the Great Fire of Porvoo in 1760.
