We are participating in the centenary celebration of the great artist from our neighboring municipality:
We are starting a one-room exhibition for Reidar Särestöniemi
permanent exhibition, which will change once a year.

The exhibition that has just opened focuses on the early years of Särestöniemi's art.
The exhibition is named after the oil painting Taivaanjaara. Reidar
painted it during his last year at the Repin Institute in Leningrad.
A work that ignited an unquenchable interest in Reidar's art.
