Join a guided tour at the Aalto2 Museum Centre gallery and discover the beautiful craftsmanship and skillful design of architect Maria-José Van Hee.
The guided tour introduces the exhibition of Belgian architect Maria-José Van Hee.
The work of this architect, who was awarded the Alvar Aalto Medal in 2024, showcases a skillful use of materials, light, and proportions to create harmonious spaces.
Her work beautifully highlights an appreciation for architecture, nature, and craftsmanship, as well as a deep understanding of traditional and vernacular building methods.
The tour also offers a glimpse into the architectural similarities between Alvar Aalto and Marie-José Van Hee. The tour is limited to 20 participants. Please arrive on time. The tour is conducted in Finnish.
The guided tour is included in the Aalto2 Museum Centre admission ticket.
