Museum Card Club: Day trip from Tampere to the opening of the Stiina Saaristo retrospective at Serlachius
Come from Tampere to Mänttä to celebrate the opening of Stiina Saaristo's Always Happy retrospective!
You can also see all the other open exhibitions of Serlachius, both at the Serlachius Headquarters and at the Serlachius Manor.
The only cost is a return ticket with a shuttle bus arranged by Serlachius from Tampere railway station directly to the museum and back.
Stiina Saaristo's retrospective Always Happy presents the artist's witty and sharply observant works from 30 years’ time. Saaristo is known for her large, detailed drawings that combine macabre humour with life's pressure points. In an insightful and humorous way, she depicts the rejected aspects of a person, such as the desire for power, jealousy and aggression.
Prices: €35 adult and €25 children under 18 years of age.
As a club benefit, we offer access to the vernissage for invited guests and catering at the opening ceremony.
There is room for 50 participants. Registration takes place by buying a bus ticket from the Serlachius web shop store. Registration ends on Thursday 20 November at 10 am, or when the places are fully booked. The event is only intended for holders of a valid Museum Card.
