WeeGee Live x KAMU Pride: Modem & Sattalite
Espoo City Museum, KAMU, Espoo
- 11.6.2026 (klo 18–20)
On Thursday, June 11, WeeGee Live will be filled with electronic vibes as hyperpop artist Sattalite and synth-pop duo Modem take the stage.

Musicians Tytti Roto and Ville Valavuo, who have long been active in the Finnish punk and indie underground, found a shared interest in electronic pop music and the synthetic soundscapes of the 1980s, which inspired them to form a new band. Over the past few years, Modem has performed actively at Finnish clubs and the country’s largest festivals (including Flow Festival, Sideways, and Ruisrock), as well as toured Central Europe and the Nordic countries.
From the very beginning, the band’s operations have been largely self-sufficient: Modem has recorded, mixed, and mastered all of its releases independently and released them on the band’s own label, Modem Age Records. The acclaimed debut album Megalomania was released in April 2024 and has since been licensed to North and South America, Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Modem’s second album, Interface, was released in October 2025. The new album is a stylish exploration of identity, illusion, and emotional architecture.
Sattalite is a Helsinki-based hyperpop artist known for extremely energetic live performances and an otherworldly sound. Unapologetically themselves, they are also an active advocate for social justice.
KAMU WeeGee’s exhibition Feel the Noise, focusing on youth culture and the music scene of the 1970s and 1980s, is open until 7 p.m.
The concerts will take place free of charge in the WeeGee courtyard and are open to all ages. Exact performance times will be announced later.
