In the Winter War Museum you can get acquainted with the everyday life of evacuated civilians as well as Finnish and Soviet soldiers during the Winter War in Kuhmo.
The Winter War Museum presents objects, photographs, models and sound effects during the Winter War in Kuhmo. Different rooms showcase different themes such as evacuation, church village, breastfeeding, wounded care, fighting and life after peace.
Available reference library. The exhibition has 129 photographs, which can be viewed through a list of photographs (Finnish, English, German, Swedish and Russian).
