Tilpo: Love is a common thing, Porvoo Triennale 2027

The Porvoo Triennale is a city festival, and an art exhibition held every three years at various locations throughout the city. It brings together a range of Finnish and international artists from the world of visual arts. In 2027, the theme will be “Love is a common thing”. The festival will present artist duos representing different generations and working across a variety of genres.

The Porvoo Triennale 2027 will also take place at Holm House, where an exhibition by Tilpo will be on display on the ground floor. Behind the pseudonym Tilpo are Finnish-born set designer Hanna Aihonen and Swedish painter Hans Eriksson.

Tilpo’s art is colourful and expresses human emotions. The subjects are often inspired by subjective perceptions and experiences, frequently involving unexpected encounters, frequently involving unexpected encounters.
