Wimme Saari is a master of traditional joik and has also developed his own modern style of joik, which incorporates influences from contemporary music.
On Wednesday, February 4, at 5 p.m., you can enjoy Wimme's joik at the Eanangiella - Voice of the Land exhibition. The joik tour is included in the price of admission to the art museum.
The tour is part of the Oulu 2026 Dálvemánnu festival, which brings together Sámi artists and cultural figures from across the northern region. Further information: https://oulu2026.eu/risku/
